SWPPP/Erosion Control Management:  Site Investigation, photo documentation, comprehensive recommendation for site remediation & protection, monthly reporting to managing agencies, monthly reporting to Client. 

CMC will coordinate with local and regional agencies to protect the project from violations and potential fines.

Environmental Specialist:  Approvals with Regional Water Quality, ACOE, Fish & Game.

Project Development:  Tentative Map to Final Engineering approval, ensuring quality management of all Engineering Consultants and permit approvals.

Project Plan Check:  Management of all tasks: Plan review, submittal, timely follow up. 

Thorough Communication with Client: Adherence to your timelines and budgets.
